Privacy notice

Deep Mist Digital keeps this simple. This notice describes exactly what this website collects and what we do with it — nothing more.

The inquiry form

When you send an inquiry, the form collects the details you enter: your name, email address, agency, an optional listing link or market, and your message. That information is transmitted to us by email and used solely to reply to you and discuss the work you asked about. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Usage analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is anonymous and cookieless — it does not set tracking cookies or build a profile of you, and it does not follow you across other websites. We also count clicks on our own buttons (for example “Request a proposal site”) as first-party aggregate totals — no cookies, no identifiers, nothing tied to you.

No trackers, no data sale

This site carries no advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent your information. Photography and video shown here load from proposals.deepmist.ai, a media platform we operate ourselves.
